Recall Week: Tylenol, Pampers & Now Romaine Lettuce

Last week the Tylenol recall 2010 list showed forty popular Tylenol products including many made specifically for children. If that wasn't enough to scare parents, last night there was rumors of a possible Pampers recall after babies were reported to have received severe diaper rash and chemical burns from the new Pamper's Dry Max range.

Now we are sad to report that now there has been a lettuce recall issued due to possible contamination of E. Coli. So in case you were avoiding giving your kids Tylenol and buying from the Pamper's line of diapers, you should also consider telling your kids 'not' to eat their vegetables.
Lettuce recall

The tainted lettuce has led to the recall being issued in 24 states along with some large chains across the country like Freshway Foods and Kroger's Grab and Go salads product range. The specific lettuce is romaine so in case you can't live without lettuce for a while try butterhead or even iceberg.

OZCAR says: It's been a tough month being a parent as it seems you have to be more vigilant even when buying from trusted brands. As a mom, it's never been as important as it has now to read the newspaper in order to keep my kids healthy.
